If an environment load gets stuck halfway this may be because the memory of the environment in your device is corrupted and is blocking the download, that's why it will be necessary to follow the steps below to clear the memory of the environment from your device and download the environment again! To prevent this from happening in the future we recommend ensuring a strong WiFi connection when using an environment for the first time!
- Unpair the device from the platform, by clicking on the X option in the pairing box.
- Delete the environment from the disk space manager in the device. Go to the settings icon and choose the option Disk space manager.
- Find the environment you want to use and select delete.
- Download the environment again, making sure the connection is stable.
