Internet connection:
- Make sure your internet connection is stable so the platform can run smoothly. You can always try using a hotspot as a second option to compare the good quality of the connection.
- Once you are able to pair your device, you can check the icons that appear next to the pairing box, they can be red (not stable), ambar (not stable enough), or green (stable) to indicate to us if your connection is stable to be able to load the environments.
Clearing your browser's caché:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click on the three vertical dots "⁝"
- Click Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
What browser to use:
We always recommend you use Google Chrome as your primary browser with the platform since it is more compatible with the Amelia page and will help with the proper functioning of the web.
When doing sessions:
Make sure your headset or Amelia App is up to date with the latest version. If you do not have the latest version 0.2.53, contact us! (You can check the version number under the Amelia logo!)
