When I try to open the XR Portal, it gets stuck on a blue screen and the status says “looking for mandatory storage permission”. What should I do?
This issue happens because the storage permission was not approved. To fix it, follow these steps:

Restart the device: Press and hold the power button → select Power Options → tap Restart.

Once the device restarts, open XR Portal again.

Turn on the toggle switch (it will turn green).
A pop-up should appear with the message: “Allow this app to manage your file storage?”

Tap Done.
