Troubleshooting a Remote VR Session with Your Clinician
Learn the simple steps you need to take to allow your clinician to start a remote VR session with you.
If you’re having trouble starting or joining a remote VR session with your clinician, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi- click here for instructions.
2. Re-share the Pairing Code:
If your clinician cannot connect, they may need your pairing code. You can find it on the XR Portal homepage.
3. Approve Screen Sharing:
If prompted, select “Entire View” and then “Share Screen” to allow your clinician to see your VR view.
